an existing u-shaped hall and production site was extended by an office building and showroom.

the whole complex is very representative and modern, inspired by contemporary european architecture. part of the briefing was that the yard should get strong landmark-like characteristics.

the office building was designed as an elongated and elevated element which closes the u-shaped halls optically as well as for a floating appearance. the façade with its ornamental-elements acts in reference to the water world and enhances the recognition value of the building.

this structure contains VIP-areas, meeting rooms, offices for employees and CEOs, terraces, a yoga room and language course facilities. supported by two infrastructure cores and concrete filled steel-columns, this part of the yard is both, very remarkable and functional.

in the ground floor are located a kitchen area as well as staff restaurants and a cafeteria.

a green outdoor area on top of the first floor offers space for BBQ, relaxing or walking around. small surfaces of water and waterfalls connect different levels as well as different in-and outdoor areas.

a very representative entrance area connects the showroom with the VIP-areas in the office wing, visitors and customers can enjoy information, interaction but also recreation, to visit the yard is a holistic and remarkable experience.

the yard reflects the modern design language of its yachts, ornamental surfaces create a relationship to the sea and enhance the recognition value of the building.

a roof terrace offers space for VIP-meetings and recreational lounge furniture.

the showroom is the heart of the building complex. it's designed as a neutral room that offers a museum-like character in order to attract the interest of the clients to the beautiful vessels. visitors and potential customers should experience the yacht and the yacht brands values with all senses. the smell, the music, the lighting moods, the multimedia which is shown on walls, all materials and surfaces should fascinate and create a holistic and unique experience.

lounge groups offer space for communication and discussion. multimedia walls present additional information. the showroom is designed to be multifunctional: launch parties, press events, private presentations, there is a wide range of possible usages. the showroom can offer presentation space for max. three 50 feet yachts.

large window surfaces enable fascinating views of the yachts without fully unveiling them, a gallery enables people to have a look on the boats from a higher point of view; the room hosts the yachts and its design in an optimal way.

a representative entrance area connects the showroom with the VIP-areas in the office wing, visitors and customers can enjoy information, interaction but also recreation. Enjoying the yard as a visitor is a holistic and remarkable experience.

the fence consists of galvanized steel grating elements. these elements are fixed between studs also made of galvanized steel. the design concept of the façade of the building is implemented in the fence and the entrance sliding door.
